Troubleshoot

When you join our mailing list, through the box on the top right, or by clicking this subscription link:

The following page should pop up. This is the subcription request page from Feedburner. We use Feedburner to manage our subscriptions:

Enter your email address, and the captcha text you see on your screen, and click the "Complete Subscription request" button.

Now you will see the following confirmation page:

You are almost ready.

Now go to your mailbox and there you should find a mail called "Activate your email subscription to: Kenzo the Hovawart". When the mail doesn't arrive in a reasonable amount of time, check your spam folder, it might have get lost over there. The mail should read like this:

Found it? Now just click the link in the mail, and your subscription is confirmed.
